Service Description

An evaluation will be done on each segment of the business including: the customer relationship management process, employee benefits, human resources, the sales and marketing program, and all financial aspects of the company to gauge the current health and projected longevity of the business in its current state. This in-depth assessment will be done over a 4-week period, for 10 hours per week, so that Bodie can gain a comprehensive understanding of the business’s strengths and weaknesses. After all the relevant aspects have been reviewed, Bodie will generate an exhaustive report for each area of the business and provide her recommendations for implementing improvements. If the client opts to retain Bodie to assist in turnaround services for their business entity, the engagement term will be for a minimum of two months up to one year, by meeting weekly for a two-hour period.
